When standard lead times don't work

Lead times stretch. Product lines get discontinued. Equipment fails and a facility needs a replacement before the next shift. Send us what you have and we go find it.

How it works

Four steps, starting with whatever you already have

Step 01

Send us what you have

A catalog number, a nameplate photo, a page of the spec, or a description in plain language. Partial information is fine — it is often all anyone has.

Step 02

We source it

We work our supplier and surplus channels to locate the equipment, across new, used and surplus condition.

Step 03

You get a quote

Pricing, condition and availability, so you can decide whether it fits the job.

Step 04

It ships

Shipped to your job site, warehouse or facility. Nationwide shipping available.

What helps most

You do not need a complete specification

A catalog number is the single most useful thing you can send, but a clear photograph of the nameplate is just as good — everything we need is usually printed on it.

If all you have is a description and a photograph of the equipment in place, send that. We will come back with questions if we need more.

Files are welcome too: nameplate photographs, spec sections, one-line excerpts and panel schedules can all be attached to the quote form.
